Other Software for making video presentation

I need to make video presentation, but I have the problem with the software I can work with. Earlier I worked with Camtasia Studio, but the free version is finished. Any suggestions as to free video creation software?

Guys, if someone needs, I found the software called KVStudio. It's a very good video presentation tool. I posted the name here just for someone's need.
