This is most likely - as ironic as it sounds - unreal. Not even the pretty powerful GPU of the 3GS would be capable of meeting the Engines Requirements, but a much scaled down version of the engine may be runnable. This comes from Epic themselves, so I think that's what they did, scaling it down beyond recognition. So I would not call this the Unreal 3 Enginge, this would just make up a hype (I guess thats what they want ) but rather something like the iPhone Unreal Enginge would be more suitable.
