I've probebly spent that and im not even close to finish Im really bad at christmas i spend alot on myself so it seems 10x worse than it should be
Less than £50. Nobody in my family is religious in any way, so we just give a few presents to the kids in the family and that's about it. No tree or anything. Nice
I'm up to just under £200 at the moment will probably end up around £250. I don't mind though, I love Christmas.
400 or so on presents for others and I seem to be ordering myself a new machine too so another 700 on top of that, though it's not strictly xmas!
Ouch! Don't know how much it'll end up at, but it'll be nowhere near what it has been in previous years. Plenty of belt-tightening in the Spreadie household this year already, and more to come.
Join retail bud you will learn to hate Christmas. If I ever saw father Christmas is shoot him then shoot Rudolph and eat him.
Tell you what, Kov and I'll come round to yours for Christmas dinner and you can try to convince us otherwise Not Rudolf!
Not sure this year, but way more than a few years ago when; my dad got a new bubble for his spirit level, my mum a new eye for her needle, my brother a new resonance chamber for his guitar, etcetera. That was a particularly bad year, but I've never set myself a budget, and I've never felt bad about spending either a little or a lot on people, as long as it makes them smile - so far, mission accomplished.
Pretty much all of it has/will be paid for by pre paid credit cards I have gotten for free. Otherwise it would be around $400 for me and my wife. We also spent $100 to get albums made from our wedding a few months ago for our parents.
The time when kids weere happy because Santa dropped an orange in their Christmas stocking, this time is long gone.
