In my quest for my ultimate dream case I've once again stumbled upon a couple of new Lian-Li cases. There's the PC-A77F full tower and the PC-8FI midi tower. There's also the PC-Q08 mITX mini tower.

The full tower PC-A77F looks to be modeled on the PC-P50 design, but without the sloping top. Looks pretty sweet, albeit at 59 cm once again to deep for my purposes. Seems as if the hot new thing on Lian-Li cases right now is USB 3.0 connectivity.

On a side note: I wonder what it would take to get Lian-Li to design a case to my spec... I've got all the details worked out... :)

    EDIT: Updated info on PC-Q08.

EDIT: The PC-8FU was renamed to PC-8FI. One has to wonder why... :p

Thanks for sharing! The PC-A77F looks absolutely stunning.

Kinda weird but the PC-A77F is listed under Mid Tower.

That's just a product of my snooping for new stuff on Lian-Li's web site. I always start from the mid tower section... :)

PC-8FU :brrr:.. May just be my new build case

Edit: Saying that, the A70FB is quite high on the agenda

I'm looking to make a similar decision.

Also, I been having a look at the PC-B25F, which has the same internals as the PC-8FI (renamed from PC-8FU for obvious reasons :D ), but I do think that the 8FI looks better, but there isn't yet a confirmed release date on the Lian-Li website (some other 2010 cases state April 20th - but no date has been set for the 8FI).

Looking at the typical retail prices for a B25F compared with a A70FB, there isn't a great deal of difference, so I'm wondering if I should get the A70FB full tower instead of a mid-tower.

However, this might be a bit of overkill on my part, since it's highly unlikely that I would ever fully populate it in terms of it's storage capacity, considering that 1TB (and up) drives are readily available .
