    1. What resolution are you running?

    2. Is it worth making my site viewable on 1024x768 displays?

Also, how do I add a poll again? I couldn't find it when I posted this, and now I can't find it at all.

    I'm running 5408x1152. One 2048x1152, one 1440x900, and one 1920x1080.

A website is definitely worth making compatible in 1024x768. To be honest I normally have a problem making it viewable on smaller resolutions (horizontal scrolling is horrendous).

1920x1200. Smaller, I dunno, we don't even sell a monitor that small.

1680x1080 - Gaming Rig. 1366x768 - Media PC. 1024x600 - Netbook. I find that most websites need to be viewed with the full screen function set to ON with my netbook. Or else its a real narrow window.

ACK! Resolution Bigot. 17" LCD monitors are the cheapest (thrift store, charity shop) replacement for CRTs.

Marilyn has a 55 inch Samsung with 3 HDMIs and it's a scary Blu-ray monitor. Ryan's 42" plasma it ALL kinds of resolution goodness. Plasmas are scary bad monitors.

I still have multiple 15" test bed monitors for customer reloads.

If it's bigger than an iPhone or PSP screen I'll use it.

    Poverty brings equality.

My work lappy is 1440 x 900, where most of my pc time is spent, but i've only got crts at home :D
    2 x 17" and 1 x 15", all at 1024x768
The colors on all of them are great, easily beats average lcds, including my ~ 1 yr old lappy. Quality lcds are getting cheap i know, so i'll probably start upgrading my screens in a year or two, unless they die before hand.

Good point, but even my parents, grandparents, etc. use at least 1024x768.

    1920x1080 (ATi ccc/advanced/desktops and displays/configure/scaling options/overscan 0%) removes black letterbox frame.

1920x1200 as my primary monitor, and 1280x1024 for my second.

I wish I had space on my desk for two 24"ers :sigh:
