Given that every time someone attempts to ape Intel in die shrinking, they seem to encounter tons of issue that forces them to push back and back...

Pardon me if I'm coloured merely interested.

...GloFo (so also AMD) have a working 28nm process?

This is an HKMG 28nm process and I don't think AMD plans to use that.

Slight redundancy : SoC : System on Chip
So saying "SoC chips" might be redundantly redundant... :D

Impressive claimed specs in there. I'm wainting for "real world" numbers now !

You can have your SoC chip, but you'll never take my NIC card!

it sure will plays way better than Atom, while consuming a lot less power. that's the beauty of non-x86 architecture.

You'd just get an error, being that there's no ARM coded version of Crysis.

Are Radeon's made with SOI or metal gate (or neither)? That rumor about radeon 6000 series being on 28nm (and skipping 32) may be true if global foundries is making the parts. Especially if TSMC cant turn out the number of chips like it couldnt do with the 40nm stuff.
