So it's almost that time of year again. There's only another 28 more days well 29 if you include today before hundreds of thousands of people decide to cause themselves to become potentially the biggest group of people simultaneously suffering from headaches, nervous breakdowns and freak outs at the same time in history. # Yeah, that's right its almost time for NaNoWriMo again. In case anyone's not heard of NaNoWriMo, it stands for National Novel Writing Month. Basically the idea is to write 1667 words a day every day for the entire month of November. This can be a novel, a bunch of short stories, literally anything as long as you're writing. So does anyone feel like causing themselves pain for a month?
In another life I'd love to, but with my second child having been born a few days ago I'm kinda thinking it's unlikely (although I did find myself doing some writing in the middle of the night last night when I couldn't sleep, so who knows...)
No, considering my uni final-year dissertation was less than 75% of the required word count, and I had to repeat myself at least twice to get it to that length...
