Generally Windows 8 drivers will give most of the sound card's functionality in W10, but there are specific W10 drivers in development. There are currently beta Windows 10 drivers available from the ASUS website https://www.asus.com/uk/Sound/Xonar_...Desk_Download/ (just hit the 'driver & tools' tab and select Windows 10)

I downloaded and installed the Windows 10 Beta driver, for the Xonar Essence STX, on the 12th of this month and all seems to be well, no problems so far.
