I've changed the option in CP (Edit Options, Default Thread Subscription Mode, No Email Notification) but it only seems to apply to new subscriptions. How do I stop the updates for my old subscriptions? Also, when I try to delete my subscription list it throws an error.
Go to User CP, click on "view all subscribed threads", hit the select all tickbox. Repeat this process on every page until all your subscribed threads are selected, then scroll to the bottom and from the drop-down box select "no email notification". Job done
