So this is a easy way to make some money, pull both the TitanZ's out of the system and sell them on Ebay then replace them with 2 Titan Black's or 3 GTX780Ti's and have money to spare.

That's why it states that it is a press release. And the fact it is relevant to the audience for bit-tech means we should post it. Thanks, John.

All the vendors seem to be offering Titan Z systems cheap (Origin etc). If I didn't have my current rig I would genuinely go for one with two as the cost is about equal to buying the cards by themselves!

Are Nvidia suddenly trying to get rid of Titan Zs?

Seems a pretty good deal once you factor in the price of the actual GPU's themselves. The actual price itself though is still high.

Lets face it, profit margins for pc component selling shops are so razor thin in western Europe that all retailers have gone bust and only the online ones based out in the wilderness with unqualified skeleton staff in a warehouse can survive. So the idea of any company that far down the supply chain being able to give away a bunch of Titan Z's is ridiculous.

In other words, yes it is pretty much certain that nvidia deep discounting Titan Z is the real story here.
