SPONSORED BY Thanks to Alessandro from Ybris Cooling, Peter from EKWB, Luca from Ocaholic and Mike from Phanteks for the help! Happy New Year! After my first project, pics here, i'm starting the new year with a new worklog! Project Prime is based on a Phanteks case, the Enthoo Primo White Edition, it will be filled with 1x 360x60 + 1x 420x60 radiators, E22 hard tubing, and a full water cooled loop. The main colours are white, red and black. I've added 2 strips of bioadhesive to the reservoir supports to improve the grip. I've added two LEDs strips, connected to a single 12v case molex which allows me to on/off the lights of the 140mm frontal fans and LEDs. The case has a flap cover for the front bay 5.25, this makes it difficult to install a Rheobus which have knobs , but I managed to place my trusted Lamptron FC6 without problems. The space available in flip closed is about 3mm . I've started painting the fans and radiators in white for match the build. I spent the weekend assembling the hardware, hyperx 3k raid 0 works great, But looks like 1 stick of ram is faulty, the pc won't boot with all 4 sticks mounted, i tried each one alone and i had fake boot with 1 stick, i will try to Contact hyperx for change this faulty stick. I also delidded the 4790k using the vice method and i have applied the Coollaboratory liquid pro on the die. Here some random pics
Love the fans, looks great. Will you be doing anything to the motherboard, such as decals, vinyl, or spray painting? Or do you plan on leaving as is?
I think the motherboard looks great as it is I Made a side cover, a 5,25 slot back cover and an hdd cover with plexyglass 3mm
