    The air concept is not very different from what Lian-Li did years ago with the TYR series

    I prefer narrower but taller cases, this is way easier to place it on / next to the desk.

    Lian have a current case like it too...

    Similar in concept to the carbide 540 but you can see the Lian retains the PSU beneath the mobo. I prefer the 540 design where the PSU is also move round the back.

    Oooooh I want a Carbide Air 540, it looks fat! Plus I have a massive desk and have plenty of room for it. Any idea on prices?

    Found the pics elsewhere. I must say the 540 looks nice and would have been nice for the Carbide build, but i dont think it would have turned out as unique.

    Corsair says 540 will be about £100ish on release iirc.

    I make no reservations about saying that the 540 is exactly what is missing from the market.
    A case that (looks like it) will be a beast at aircooling, and not too shabby at watercooling either.
    Modders will love it, the dimensions are unique (but not to everyone's taste or requirements).
    **** the price, this IS my next case :D

    The 540 looks awesome. Reminds me of a wide NZXT case a while back somehow, don't know what it was called.

    But... I was looking at photos of it last night and can see not a single water hole on the back. That would be a problem for my water system. Also have been comments from people that the plastic looks cheap. I tend to agree but if the cooling is great maybe it doesn't matter.

    I definitely like the 540, it looks like it'll cover a lot of different grounds at a very good price point.

    Well its not aimed at you sir.

    And anyway, you know full well this case is going to get modded to death by many, so a couple of water holes shouldn't really be a problem for anyone! :D

    I'll wait for the linus video review though
