Ordered a load of kit today as a new PC for the wife. Bit Fenix Prodigy mini-itx case Corsair CS550m PSU Asus Z97I - Plus Mini-ITX Board Intel Core I5-4690k Crucial M500 480gb M2 SSD Galax GTX 970 as far as i'm aware i should have plenty of grunt without too much power use. However, i've taken a bit of a jump on an M2 SSD to keep things tidy. i'm assuming it should be no different to plugging in an normal S-ATA SSD, but i could do with someone confirming or denying that, and if so, what do i need to do to get it bootable. sure i heard in early z97 reviews with m2 ssd's that they wouldnt boot. true or my mind playing tricks?
