I have a strange setup of a low end Intel Pentium G2030 CPU, 2x high-end Intel 520 Series 240GB SSDs in RAID0, mid-range MSI Z77MA-G45 motherboard and mid-range Kingston KHX2400C11 RAM. It performs a lot better than it should and I am very happy with it. Today I decided to test my RAM, as I think I could do even better in that area. I used AIDA64 Extreme trial and got surprisingly high scores.... Eh? Am I reading them wrong or does my SSD performance of more than 1GB/s read/write have something to say here?
I compare it to a review I was reading before I tested mine. They have a lot faster CPU, tighter RAM timings and same RAM speed - but get quite a lower score than I did.
By the way, I just bought the program... The full bench looks like this on mine: (clic the picture to see it in full)
Ram timings are pretty irelivent. cpu is not used to calculate the test scores so its not relivent. Your memory scores are higher but that test score is 2 years old now things change in 2 years.
