my first work is measuring case size for side,front and motherboard tray since i try to custom all the part core x71 i think can fit 420 rad but im going to use 240 rad only measuring top panel thinking to create custom top with acrylic material i think im going to let it maintain with stock look for back io panel since i dont want to risk any motherboard im using biostar tpower i45 motherboard to measure tray and offset for my part i think can fit 2 330ml reservoir but im going to use 220 res only
Front Panel part which i cut with laser cut machine Done cut with laser and now assembly some part to see which 1 missing top panel which i trace with laser and need to remove 1 by 1 before spray
remove all standard fan which came with x71 front panel switch button,its easy to remove only 2 screw used to mount it cutting front panel because i will fully custom with it only need the frame
sanding frame and side panel with orbital sanding 320grit . wet sanding with 800 grit to get smoother finish using tack cloth to remove all dust,oil
undercoat silver to get the colour right thinning the paint to 2:1 ratio with thinner Undercoat Process for all part Frame Side Panel 1 Bottom Panel/Rad Panel Pcie Slot Front Panel Acrylic
done spray red alloy colour for frame not really good finishing i hope i got a room for spray front panel part pcie slot with pearl gold
Finish Part Top part Front Panel now i start to knit front panel with hemp cord slowly progress half done done tighten all rope
Thank to asrock for this nice motherboard H270 performance it look fancy eventhough its just H series
start doing wc stuff going to place pump at top instead bottom part done assembly thermaltake w3 cpu waterblock and i can see from this image that somepart got bad mark since im using glue to fix it some tt fitting still thinking which way should i do drilling 4 hole for radiator loop quite tight spot to get good bend eventhough i can use soft tubing but i go hard tubing all the way done fitting 2 radiator for both way will be using tt flow indicator..i just hope tt got transparent flow indicator because when mix with dark colour coolant i cant see the flow anymore loop to go to radiator done doing my loop.now im going to leak test for 2-3 hours
