Help with game promotion code

Hi MSI!

I have registered my latest motherboard I bought and trying to receive promotion code for a game. I did all steps including sending invoice etc.

Is there a support team who deals with this?

 

It takes a few days to be processed and you'll get your code via email.

 

I know, but I registered it on 25th of March.
This should be resolved by now.

 

The whole site is a mess, I got a 404 error finishing a survey to get an extra 3 months warranty. Still don't know if I got said extra warranty as I've not had a reply from anyone through the website, despite logging a message on the 22nd!

For reference I got the "MSI Promotion - Motherboard - For Honor - Notice" e-mail on the 22nd and the "MSI Redeem Notice - Success" e-mail with the code on the morning of the 24th.

 

I got mine after 11 days. Lazy *******s...

 

I expect they ran out, happened all the time with the AMD game code offers back in the day.
