    I've looking to get the current one, but its a bit expensive to just experiment with, so I'll probably get the 1st gen when this comes out.

    I'd be interested in Kinect on PC. Depending on what games and software it works with.

    I'd wait for the new one though even if more expensive. Lot of extra features and precision.

    did anyone actually buy the first one? [the short-sighted pc version I mean]... everyone i know that had a mess with the SDK used the xbox one [i know you weren't supposed to...]
