This has got to be so simple yet I cannot see how to do it. I want to add a specific time for say a doctors appointment both start and estimated finish.

    How do I do it?

Edit: Think I figured it out.

If you click the arrow next to the "Create" button you can type appointment/times/date of the appointment and it will quickly add it to the calendar appropriately.

For example typing: "Appointment 4pm to 5pm on 25 April"

But that's long, and this is a forum for geeks!

Just press the Google microphone button on your homescreen and say anything along the lines of "Schedule a doctors appointment for 4pm on the 25th of April" and the power of Google will make it so.

(when it comes up to confirm onscreen, you can set the duration and reminder notice period)
