I'm sure it's warm enough to warrant changing the "hot knife through butter" analogy to " Eurocom laptop through testicles".

Can anyone explain why a mobile server would need such graphics cards?

my m860tu montebello can play crysis and fallout 3 on fairly high detail levels, but not maxxed out. im sure this thing can do it without a problem. but the "hot eurocom through testicles" is the absolute truth. i had mine for single player gaming (my rig was $2000 about 2 years old) and i used it on deployment with the navy in my rack after work... i had found a plexiglas panel i used for a lap\desk for the mouse - but its main purpose was to block the heat to my legs. eventually i would have to stop playing because i would be sweating lol.

these things have to get seriously hot.

Server backup ? There's no redundancy nor fast disks.... and only 1 NIC.

Gaming on the go (and on a table), that is sweet.
The Xeon instead of a standard i7 is overkill though.
