    "End result?" Hardly, there's black tape holding it together...

    Please finish it then post pictures so we can see the real "end result"!

    We can't show what doesn't exist ;) This is part seven of a diary of guides and lots more to come where we finish the roof section. At the moment this is all there is to see before we've cut it to shape and ironed out the bumps. We'll be showing more progress in the next instalment ;)

    To get a nice smooth curve in the acrylic, lay it out over a pipe of the appropriate diameter, which then supports it along the entire length of the bend, rather than trying to bend it into place on the case, which only supports it at 2 edges. That should let you get a beautiful even curve.
