Looks like quite a good value case, but it is ugly...

While i agree this looks nasty, some people must love these kinda cases as we keep seeing these pug ugly things that look like something drempt up by a pre pubescent boy.

The fact is that for many years the sleek and subtle case design ruled and flooded the market, but on the whole these cases haven't disappeared and are still available. Case manufacturers are designing these cases now as there are not so many of them around, although they are now catching up. Personally I would like to see updated versions of the older cases as I don't see how so many new cases can offer excellent cooling performance, increased feature sets and improved soundproofing while costing around the £100-£150 mark when the old dogs are retailing for over £200 or even £250.
So keep the overall shape and design of the old dog but update the inside options and the feature sets while lowering the price, that would make many a PC builder happy.

My first "Watercooling case" was one of the orginal Cheiftech Dragons (same case Alienware used).

How far the mighty have fallen... :(

    Fugly case is fugly.

I seem to recall saying that recently about another case. Are designers sniffing something at the moment, there seem to be quite a few awful looking cases around.

I'd say rugged looking rather than ugly - we've all seen worse.

Chieftec Dragons - what a fantastic series of cases - find memories indeed :)

As for this one - I think if you can fit an H100 cooling system up top - then all your needs are catered for and the price is good - does it come in white?

True, it looks ok after a few pints whereas others only look ok after a skin full. ;)
