What's the point fo this forum?

Well, having asked two questions in the last few years and not getting any answers at all, I wonder what's the point of this forum for (expert?) advice?

I'll just take a read of the relevant pages of the custompc mag on the shop shelf and get my answers there.

Either way - theres no incentive to pay for a service that is clearly lacking.
