Displays Can anyone vouch for the company NRG:IT?

I'm thinking of buying a Dell ultrasharp refurbished monitor from them as they are the cheapest. Has anyone bought stuff from them? It comes with a years warranty.

I haven't used them, but I know lots of folk on here have (and they offer a Bit-Tech discount). I think there's a user on these forums from NRG, too (NRG:Olly if memory serves).

 

I've used them. Excellent company in my experience. Even willing to check over a U2713HM for me to make sure that there was nothing wrong with it before sending

Not used them myself but plenty here has and say they are excellent to do business with.

 

Not bought a monitor from them but I did buy a Dell sound bar and they were very helpful when I contacted them about it and despatched very quickly too.

 

Would it be best if I rang them and asked them to check over the monitor first etc? I want to know if I can get some bit tech discount lol

 

Heard nothing but good things. They seem to be very helpful and friendly, call them mention that you heard about them through bit-tech and go from there.

 

Yeah, that's the way to go. Never had more helpful phone service from any company before either!

 

Bought a U2713HM off them, was a little concerned about the amount of backlight bleed so they sent out another one with absolutely no fuss. Didn't even need me to send the old one back first, just had it picked up by the courier when the second monitor was delivered. Some of the best customer service I've had from any company.

 

I got a monitor off them about 18 months ago. Very happy with the company and their refurbed products. I'd say you could buy with confidence from them, and yes, they'll take the time to be helpful too.

Yep great company, have had a couple of Dell monitors off them and they are still being used.

 

I've used them for spares they were fine in my experience
