Graphics Budget/used Graphics Card

Hi,

I've been out of the hardware loop for a while now.
Some neighbours kids wanted a new graphics card to play games with (They recently got "The Isle" and it was a bit stuttery on their HD5450.)

Any thoughts for a sub-£100 card (or a very compelling reason to spend up to £120).?

I think a used GTX 770 looks quite attractive.

You'll get a 780 and maybe a 780ti for that price.

 

Thank you, Purchase will be delayed until new year in the hope of more cards coming onto the market post xmas but that's a step up from min. requirements for their game (770 GTX).

 

970s frequently go for £120 on private sites.

CEX prices are a bit steep!

I will keep half an eye out for a 970 getting within that price range. Thanks
