    Why do I get the feeling adding Bluetooth support into UEFI firmware is going to be a security risk?
    I hope it can be disabled.

    Not really any more of a security risk than Bluetooth in an OS. Besides, you still have to pair the device and blueooth's range is usually pretty short, so it's not like it's going to be all that easy to hack. Also, it is specifically keyboards. Without drivers for any other devices, there's not a whole lot you can do.
