Cooling Best CPU-cooler for Fractal Design Array?

Hi,
I have some parts on their way to me, for a new HTPC/NAS-box.
Those are the following;

-Fractal Design Array R2
-Gigabyte H55N-USB3
-i3-540

As I want the computer to be as silent and cool as possible, I am looking to exchange the stock CPU-cooler. As you might know, space is very limited in the Array case.
I have found the Scythe Shuriken to fit, without interfering with either the PCI-slot or anything else.
Scythe has however released several other models, such as the Big Shuriken I and II. So my question to you is, will the Big Shuriken II fit without interfering with anything, or do you have any other, better (cooler/silenter) suggestion?
