    Pretty sure i had some of those as a kid...

    Typing in pages and pages of code for what was essentially a short and pretty crap text adventure that you played for a fraction of the time spent typing it all in...

    Oh wow, these are a blast from the past. I had the Introduction to Computer Programming & the Computer Spacegames books - reading them both again is an incredible nostalgia trip!

    Why is it every time i read the title i keep thinking what's the Chancellor of the Exchequer doing writing kids books on computing. :)
