you can still connect them up to your 3pin headers no problem

 

You mention "pumps" (plural) on that controller. Are you planning on running multiple D5's on one channel? 30W won't handle 2 of those, according to the D5 specs. But I think that might just be a typo and you meant 1 pump per channel.
