2016? Don't you mean 2015 unless I've missed a whole year or Nvidia can see into the future.

Edit: Ignore my confusion of fiscal year it is 2016.

Financial year 2016; which, iirc, for nVidia is the 12 months up to January 2016, Q3 of which being the 3 months from July to October.

EDIT: Their own press release, states Financial Year 2016. So if it is wrong, it's nVidia's cockup, not Mr Halfacree's

In summary, the co-founder and CEO recommend the most expensive enthusiast GPU to run upcoming VR products :) Would the man who profits the most not say that anyway?

I have no idea, just seems wrong for it to be 2016, confusing fiscal year stuff.

Edit: Looked it up, it is 2016 fiscal year, my bad.

Have they got a bunch of them that they need to sell before they're considered completely irrelevant come March next year I wonder?

Feeling the need to upgrade as probably the worst possible time, when can we realistically expect the Pascal GPU's that will replace the GTX980/970?

Nvidias margins are sick. That and the fact that most none geeks think Nvidia has the better product range. Top selling gpus on Amazon are the nvidia 970 and nvidia 960.( I'd assume Amazon has the largest volume of any Site even hardware only sites like scan) Despite both been beaten in price and performance by AMD with there competing products.

AMD needs a new marketing team.
