    Regarding order No 1837652
    Noctua NF-B9 Vortex-Control 92mm Quiet Case Fan.

    So i ordered this yesterday.
    Payed.
Looked at my "My Orders", and saw "Order Status: Failed Payment"
So i entered my order number in "Where is my order?"
    and i got-
    "Order Status: Awaiting stock

    Expected Delivery: 08 February 2013."

But, theres no way to tell if the fan is out of stock, till you pay.
According to the product page, there is 250in stock for delivery in 3-5 days.
If it stated on the product page that it was out of stock, i could have gone elseware, and got it in two or three days.
I can wait, but thats not the point!

Ok, rant over, im back to by jolly self now:thumb:

It could be worse - if you'd done this with Scan, they'd have taken your money and then told you it's out of stock.

    Hi wufer,

I've had a look at your order and everything looks ok. Any item that's listed as 'Available to Order for Delivery in 3-5 Days' is something that we need to special order in to dispatch, and the delivery date adds a couple of days for transit time with Royal Mail. Our system estimates the top of each window, so 5 days for it to arrive with us, and as its Royal Mail another 2 days for delivery, however generally it does not take this long.

    Regards,

    Thank you Dan.

    sp4nky.
    But it is worse.
CCL took my money, but didnt tell me the fan was out of stock.
Thats my point, i had to find out MYself. There is nothing on the product page that tells you it is out of stock.

And besides, i just got an email to tell me the fan is overdue to them, so it will be overdue to me:(

    Hi wufer,

As the item said it was available to order it wasn't physically in our warehouse when your order was placed. It was due to arrive with us yesterday however this appears to have been delayed arriving from our suppliers. This should arrive today however so I would expect it to be dispatched this evening and could well be with you tomorrow which would be within the delivery window.

    Regards,
