760gtx problems

Hi all

i just got a zotec 780gtx which replaced my 2x 760gtx which is great

so i swapped my 2x 660gtx with the 2x 760gtxbut now the 2x 760gtx wont work all i get is full fans and no display the 2x 660gtx still work in there

i have even tried them each in another machine on thier own and the same

using corsair 750tx psus in both machines

any ideas?

 

Uninstall video drivers with the 660GTX in place and re-install once swapped around for the 760GTX? I know they should just work on either GPUs, but it's never as simple as that...

i dont get any display at all

i have put in a rma request and will see how goes they are only 11.5 months old 2years with ccl and 3 with zotac

 

It's possible that the cards got damaged between being in the old machine and being installed in the new machine. I've had this happen in the past when working on machines out in the field in a non-ESD safe environment and without taking the necesary precautions. Thankfully it hasn't happened to me in years, but this sounds very familiar.

 

has anyone had to rma zotac card before if so what was it like and was they sorted in the uk
