Well after getting the new case I decided to install the new H100i and the software does not seem to work. has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you rectify it.

    Thanks in advance

This is all I get. I have tried troubleshoot capabilities and it brings it up then a couple of seconds later it stops. Also tried different USB ports

Odd... Have you downloaded the latest version from their website (actually come to think about it that's where you have to get it from isn't it?) Are there any errors in Device Manager?

Im having trouble with it as well. Cant seem to control either of my fans. They are connected to the cable provided and its plugged into the block where it is meant to be. But cant see the options to control the fans? Was really looking forward to this bit software as I had heard good things. Slightly annoying.

Any thoughts? Or could somebody post a screen shot of it working?

I managed to get it working! Made sure the cable was in correctly took it out. And put it back in again...then boom! The fans appeared in Link! Its great my processor never goes over 60 while gaming on the low setting!

Right I had enough of this. I decided to put in my new PSU and redo all the cabling. Ran CCleaner deleted all of the old link system that was on my hard drive.

Then I saw that there is an update with the link and installed it and hooray it's running perfectly. One thing I did not know it also checks the gfx card temps as well which is handy.

Success! It's quite good to play around with but once I got mine set up like I wanted it I actually unplugged the cable to tidy stuff up a bit - might put it back in when I redo my psu / cabling in the near future too.
