I have just drained the system for the annual clean up, upon re-plugging in my d5 i discovered that the bloody thing isn't working any more.:sigh::wallbash:

I have taken it apart but cant see any thing obvious, anyone have any suggestions on what is wrong/how to troubleshoot etc.

    cheers

I take it you have tried other molex connectors on your psu?

I had the old D5 the one that wasn't variable speed, and that stopped working because the pins in the molex had been pushed out when I tried to plug it back in, got a small flat blade and pushed it back and it worked fine.

Check the cable and the pins in the connector if you have not done so already.

cheers so the reply, i have considered that and tried with two different psu's, i have also looked at the soldered connections within the pump itself.
