    Program downloaded here:

    http://folding.stanford.edu/English/DownloadWinOther

Get the 'Windows XP/2003/Vista/2008/7 SMP2 client console version' if you want to fold using the CPU.

Put it into a folder somewhere safe and create a shortcut to the .exe file, name it whatever you wish.

Then right click, properties and change the target field to either of the following:

    C:\Users\Folding\Desktop\Folding\FAH6.34-win32-SMP.exe -smp -bigadv

    C:\Users\Folding\Desktop\Folding\FAH6.34-win32-SMP.exe -smp

The first runs normal SMP units, take about 4 hours on your processor and will net you about 30k PPD if running all day

The second is bigadv units, take two days but will get you 40k PPD but you will have to leave the PC on 24x7.

    Here is general setup info:

    http://folding.stanford.edu/English/WinSMPGuide

and information on a passkey which you need to get the bonus points:

    http://folding.stanford.edu/English/FAQ-passkey

Our team is 35947 and you can pick any username you wish.

You can use the following program to monitor your progress with units and your PPD:

    http://code.google.com/p/hfm-net/

I would suggest running normal SMP for the first 10 units as you won't get bonus points until 10 are completed within the timescales. Then switch to bigadv if going 24x7.

I would also suggest watching CPU temps closely with that O/C, maybe a bit high for 24x7 use unless you are on a serious water cooling loop.

If you wished to use the GPU for folding to use this client:

"Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 GPU3 (required for Fermi) no-nonsense console client."

GPU folding will get you a few more points with a 570, but it will chew up a lot of power and make the PC quite unusable whilst folding, you would need to stop GPU folding if you wanted to use the PC for anything.

Need to disable SLi, and need to run a client per gfx card, so create 3 folders, 1 for CPU, for for GPU 1 and one for GPU2, here is a step by step:

    http://folding.stanford.edu/English/WinGPUGuide#ntoc5

With two GTX570's you would get around 30k, PPD and 40k PPD if running bigadv, so 70k PPD is a pretty tasty total, would put you up into the big numbers pretty damn fast if going 24x7.
