    Handmade chassis Project

Hi, i am Pablo from Argentina and i want to share a tiny log of my handmade pc.

It is made basically from a 6mm aluminium sheet, another of 3mm and an aluminium bar to do the machined spacers
I am always doing some minor tuning to my stuff but always wanted to make a full chassis with custom liquid cooling.

    The hardware is:

    - i7 4770k @ 4.6 ghz delidded with collaboratory liquid pro
    - Asus maximus VI formula
    - 16 gb DDR3 corsair dominator platinum 2400 mhz
    - Ati HD 7750 a bit overclocked (I chose it because at that moment it was the best card that not require external power)
    - Corsair CX600M power supply
    - 256 Gb Samsung 850 pro SSD for the OS
    - 128 Gb OCZ vertex 4 SSD
    - 2 Tb WD black for storage

    Water Cooling:
    - XSPC raystorm cpu block
    - XSPC ex240 radiator
    - XSPC acrylic DDC tank reservoir multiport
    - Laing thermotech DDC 3.25 pump (18 w)
    - Bitspower and Enzo black 19/13mm compression fittings
    - XSPC high flex black 19/13mm hose
    - Corsair air series SP120 quiet edition low noise high pressure

    External peripherals
    - Dell U2711 (2560x1440)
    - Alienware Tactx Keyboard
    - Logitech MX performance
    - Sennheiser momentum headphones

    So here it is:

You know, I have occasionally looked at Darwin Machines' PC cases, wondering how to adapt them to water cooling...

Of course, building your own from scratch is much better. :D Great work!

Thanks, This is my everyday pc. I am currently developing another chassis, but i need some hardware sponsors, i can't buy good stuff. Very low availability and expensive in my country.

Perhaps a little inconvenient with the I/O at the bottom. Very cool build non the less. Love handmade builds!

Yes, this was my first log. I was so concentrated in the work that i forgot to take more pics. Now i see another work logs and i realize that they have a thousand photos.

But i/o ports have good clearance although upper or back ports have always better access.
