I know that feeling all too well mate, my lovely office I just built especially for gaming and err computer stuff is always around 28-31 degrees ambient and after an hour or so in there I get a headache :(

Soon as I've finished decorating my Dining room the i7 Bigadv rig is getting stashed under the dining room table lol

A dual core P4 should be hot enough for that :thumb:

Yes indeed, Pentium D make great room heaters.

I used to have two old dual-processor dual-core Xeon (Pentium D based) rigs in my house, and between them, they chucked out an insane amount of heat. Still, at the time, it meant I could play Far Cry and fold for tinker WUs at the same time :)

    30c isn't a sauna :p
just as you guys come into winter were heading into summer
gets to 40c+ before i switch on the PC. :jawdrop:

going to have to change the cooling in the PC before then as the 9800GT already
gets close to the 100c mark when folding :sigh:

Holy crap - my 9800GT (with it's overclock on a standard HSF) never gets near 70 :eeek:

Australian weather is baddd for folding GPU's :nono: :(

it's a single card cooler in a rather tight spot between a dual slot 8800gts and a X-Fi.

it's rated to 125c so should be alright, for a while.....

Yep heading towards winter here aswell.

its been 90°F+ here over the last few weeks and in the last few days its dropped massively. Today hit a chilly 58°F ;)

    AND....

It tried to snow. Time to start overclocking :)

*visions of snow cooled folding rigs* gogogo!

If I lived in a country where it snowed often, I'd have some sort of system set up to take advantage of the cold weather to aid overclocking :thumb: ;)
