yeah he used to be my favourite, but he needs to come up with some new material. ed byrne and dara o'brien are really funny too.
thats exactly what i was going to say when i saw this thread, hes funny and he has good material but i watch mock the week alot on dave and bbc a fair amont and the went to watch the dvd and 90% of the material on the dvd is used on mock the week at one stage or another. i did enjoy russel howards show he had on bbc3
dont like franky boyle find him way to aggressive to be funny and dont agree with his political opinions most of the time recently went to see both Eddie Izzard at the echo arena and Bill Bailey at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic (Bill Bailey's Remarkable guide to the orchestra) and whilst generally both are the same i found that Bill was a little funnier this time around although notable mention to Dylan Moran ,
Adam Hills. My favourite is Tim Minchin. Quirky Musical Comedy. Fantastic piano player too. (Piano solo at 3:59)
Stewart Lee is awesome. Saw him live a while ago at a tiny, nearly empty theatre and it was amazing. Comedy so black that light can't escape from it.
