Windows Flac - MP3 converter

I need one that keeps the file names intact please. I don't want to have to rename thousands of songs.

iirc AIMP has a file converter that'll preserve file names [if you want it to...]

 

I use foobar2000 for all my batch flac compressing needs. Works very well and is flexible with regard to tagging and filenames.
