    I am getting system thread exception not handled error on my Tesco 7" Connect. Originally installed was 8.1 and I upgraded to windows 10 last year it seemed to be working ok for a while but now I am getting this error.

    I have now got a keyboard, mouse and external DVD drive linked to it, can I get into the BIOS like a normal pc and reinstall windows from disk? Thanks in advance.

    Ive just got into the BIOS, I think ive just made an error all I get now is;
    shell>

    Typed help in script and typed drivers it listed all the drivers, the graphics driver was listed as unknown. I presume if I remove this somehow it could sort my problem?

    You should be able to reinstall like any old Windows PC, but I think it also has a repair/restore function.
