Im planning on getting a new graphics card as i had a nice letter with a tax returns cheque that i wasnt expecting.

I was looking at either the 7950 3Gb or the 7870 2Gb... maaaaaybe a GTX 660 Ti but have been nudged to the ati series as it comes with a few games and will save me a fair sum of money on buying them separate.

Will be playing farcry 3 crysis 3 battlefield 3 black ops II bioshock infinite and so on.

I currently have a 6850 cyclone 1Gb, a single 23''.5 LG 120Hz 3D monitor, FX 8120 cpu, 8Gb ram, X-Fi sound card and a Asrock Extreme 3 mobo. (will the card being PCIE 3.0 have issues running on my board?)

What card would be a better upgrade for me? budget £200 ish.

    Thanx

No, the current generation of graphics cards are not impaired by PCIE 2.

Yeah i went with a XFX 7950 from aria, comes with 6 games that i will sell on here cos my 1.8Mb connection would take me waaaay too long to download them... so i will make a good bit back on my £215 spent
