Hello everyone! before starting I come, my name is Thierry and I live in Reunion Island. A small island in the Indian Ocean not far from Mauritius.
After some research online, I wanted to get myself a project for a new computer. Several were essential to the Order of the day, as was in fact that my computer is as quiet as possible because it is in our room for me and my wife.

At this point I do not know how to create a computer from scratch from scratch. And that's when I saw and read all stages share the same mounting L3P DESK. An idea was born and give me enough courage and patience to me too that I can get into such a realization.

So here's my turn I'll show you something you did very well known in the hope that you do not mind will stick.

The name of this project is: N+1H²0 (copy of the L3P)

The drawing made on google sketchup were made by measuring the space where I should stay across the desk. In fact this one will always just in a closet. :D

Not having the talent of a worker in metal, I do design the tray by a company that employs only défficients auditory or motor. This company that I welcome once again done an excellent job.

Here is the place where my future take up desk.

At this stage of the project I do not doubt at all what adventures I would be confronting.
Anyway as I write these lines I would like to stress the courage and the patience of Peter Brand. :thumb:

Hi! After a week of waiting I could start work.
I decided not to do anything but just the aluminum support which was to be the lightest possible.

Highflow thank you to all who gave me details so far. And especially to Michelle Fu and his patience.

It is time for me to come out of my closet my Dremel and start preparing the pan and stir in the radiator 360.
I also wanted to clarify because I have not done so far, the photos are dated so you can imagine how long I took for a total realization.

These connectors that I got from an old power supply I used buttons for power, reset and lights

I also take the time to prepare the pump, I do not really know yet how to put them in my computer but I'll take care when needed.

I now turn to different extent, and thanks to an old pc that I got I'll be able to calculate the size of each piece.

With a special ceramic wick I could create any openings in the glass. Many videos on YouTube shows. Truly effective if you do not want to spend too much money. While the finish is rough but the holes are made.

Is for me to say thank you for bringing me this idea that I find really great! I have long hesitated to do because I really did not deserve to reproduce something that has been designed with as much genius. But I also wanted to share this experience with others and also make a personal touch. The only things that really changes in this story will be the distance and all the disadvantages it brings.:p

Will be good to see a different perspective and layout on the l3p d3sk, also nice to see approval from the original designer.

Good luck on the build Bear can't imagine the problems your having with the deliveries, hope you didn't forget anything :D
