Came across this on corsairs website when doing some digging into the h50 v h70

Looks like a new Hydro series cooler is coming, like the idea of the rad being thinner/similar to the h50 to fit better into most cases as long as it delivers better or similar performance to the h70 then they are onto a winner, not too sure about the square cpu block thought?:eyebrow:

I'm loving the square block. Should be out fairly soon.

Oh, looks quite nice. Loving the square look much better than the H50/H70 one.
Hopefully the mounting will be less of a pain the the behind than on the H50 :D (tho, for a moment there, I thought I was seeing a pushpin :D)

wow that actually looks good, never really liked how the h50/h70 look or performed given there price, but if that perform's well and is priced reasonably corsair may be on to a winner

The pump will be in the block. They're tiny little things.

I doubt this is going to perform any better than the H70, it's got a narrower rad. Looks like a replacement for the H50.

It's aimed at a performance level between the two, hence the name.

Agreed with a smaller rad it may not, unless this new block is meant to offer better cooling than the round ones they currently use..

The fact they have named it a h60 and not a h80 suggests the results on testing are between the two.

I do like the look of the that block. That said, I also like the way the H70 can be spun around to get the barbs facing exactly the right way.

I have to admit, I like these hybrid water coolers a lot more than the ridiculously sized air coolers (They seem to be getting bigger, while the CPU’s they cool are getting much more thermally efficient!), that dominate the entire motherboard.

Excuse my ignorance but are these completely closed loop systems so you never have to top it up or do any maintenance?
