    Hi All,

    Over Xmas I was rooting about and found that I had nearly all the makings for another GPU Folding machine. I use 775pin eVGA/XFX/BFG 680i SLi boards because they have 3 PCIe slots that are double spaced. I found that I had two in the cupboard, with CPUs, RAM and coolers. Trust me this isn't unusual for me.

    Anyway all I needed was a case and 3 Gfx cards. After a bit of research I thought I'd try the GTX650Ti.

    Well they aren't the most powerful, roughly the same (500PPD less) as a GTX460(768). They are the same TDP(105W) as a GTS450, but run cooler then them by at least 15degC, in a similar case with the same fan profile set in MSI Afterburner.

    You can compare the PPD in my .sig, and if anyone is interested I do a fuller write up, with figures.

    The cheapest I could find, Palit. IMHO there is no point in buying more expensive cards, as any OC just puts more stain on them as they are to run 24/7. All I need now is the QRB to start on GPU WUs :)

    Hi All,

    Some accurate figures;

    450@850 80-85degC (Mostly 3 in a case) TDP 105W
    460@725 70-75degC (2 in a case) TDP 150W
    650@950 60-65degC (3 in a case) TDP 105W

    WU GTS450 GTX460(768) GTX650Ti
    7623 13532 19210 18604

    7624 12959 19405 18533

    7625 13017 18913 18463

    Figures are averages (mean) of all boards and use the HFM average of all WU of that type Folded.

    The PPD/W figures for the 450 and 460 are nearly the same at 128PPD/W but the 650 is 177PPD/W
