Change the HDD to a segate momentus XT hybrid drive and swap the ATI card for an Nvidia GTX 570 and your good to go for day to day use, gaming and folding - since you now have to join our team given that you posted this in a folding forum :D

if you're wanting to fold on it, you'd be better of stumping up the extra for the 2600k... and buy an after-market cooler such as the Thermaltake Frio, Titan Fenrir or BeQuiet DarkRock Pro... The stock intel jobbie is much improved over earlier ones but it's still pants...

can't comment on the mobo... not had an MSI one for ages... same with PSU and case, not used them personally so can't comment as to whether or not they're any good...

SATA 6Gb/s, on a mechanical drive is completely and utterly pointless, get a regular [SATA 3Gb/s] 1TB drive of your choice, be it a WD Caviar or Samsung Spinpoint [personal prefernce is for the Samsung]

after numerous bad experinces with ATi/AMD card i wouldn't touch one with a very long stick so if it was me and my money i'd go for a GTX 560ti or a 570
