Just had my pc slow to a crawl and then hang. Then the screen went blue with the message preparing security options. I hadn't been googling anything dodgy was just googling game.co.uk and it happened. Only other tabs I had open were bit and facebook. Anyone know what that was about?
Just to be on the safe side I would do a virus scan and also one with Malware bytes to make sure everything is ok
Anti virus found a Trojan in a very old file I had for some odd reason and malware bytes removed 1 adware. I am getting the same message poop up on you tube videos saying I need to refresh to get the video to start but if I wait for say 10 secs the video plays any but faintly in the background I see so2.mdn.net.
Not gonna jump the gun here but Hitman pro found 860 items only 1 was a threat but after removal you tube seems to be back to normal.
