Rant Virgin Media Is Useless

I've tried 3 times now to setup a new direct debit with virgin and they haven't done so this has been on going for a month. Anyone had similar problems

 

I've never had any issues with Virgin Media, maybe it's a problem with your bank

We switched to sky and told them we were changing 3 months in advance... they still tried to charge us for their service 6 months after we dissconnected...

 

true that. still, they're better than what i used to be on (aol, urgh...) so i can't complain that much. YET.

 

I literally love VM. Never had a problem with them ever.

 

Same, apart from the throttling i think they are great, always reliable.

 

Yup, I've always been happy with VM (and NTL before that).
