Motherboards Intel Core i7 3770K

Hello fellow bit techers,

I have recently been offered the Intel Core i7 3770K for around £100, however I'm still running the rather dated LGA 775 socket.

Considering that I'd need to replace the motherboard, ram and heat sink, I am also looking to do this on a budget I won't be running sli or crossfire however may look into a ssd in the near future.

Any suggestions on the above required please would be appreciated.

Much better board than the Giga in that price bracket. SLI, CFX, better VRM cooling etc.
