Windows Please help with virus troubles

I have the Security Tool virus - aaaarrrgh ! Installed (& Paid for) Spyware Doctor but after detecting 1 infection the problem still persists - can anyone help ?

 

malware bytes, spybot SD and avast are pretty good, nuke that sucker :L

 

Go into safe mode with networking and download malwarebytes mbam. Install and update then run a scan. It should find this pest. After reboot, run another scan in normal mode and mbam should find the bits in System Restore also.
Do you know where it came from as the owner of the laptop I cleard it off last week thought it was a .gif on Google images.

 

thanks for the good advice - I suspect it came from Google Images as I was taking off a few images for my desktop background the day before it manifested itself.

hijackthis... best tool to get rid of unwnated items... just put some dynamite on that f*cker say good bye to it!!!
