So I built a complete water loop and flipped the switch on my Alphacool VP655 but nothing is happening. Any hints and tips welcome!
So I dismantled the motor come plexi-top and the pump works fine. It's just when installed it won't spin! Surprising as it came as a complete unit. Anyone had this same problem?
Exact same issue today, Alphacool VP655 and Alphacool Clear Acrylic pump top received as a unit, doesn't spin, removed pump top and pump spins just fine, looks like maybe a manufacturing issue with the acrylic pump top or an undersized o-ring, can't even get a soft seal without screws before the pump top makes contact with the impeller and stops the pump. Raised a return with the supplier, bad luck considering I've waited two weeks for this item on backorder.
