Does anybody know the answer to any of these three questions.

How can you change the priority of VMWare Server 2.01 under Windows XP x64?
Can you change the CPU useage of the SMP Linux client?
Can you stop the FaHCore_xx.exe processes reverting back to low priority each time you start a new work unit?

    Cheers.

You can alter the CPU usage of any Linux FahCores by using some software called fahlimit which can be found (along with instructions) here: http://calxalot.net/downloads/

    Cheers again for the link.

Humm.... Interesting program, seems to limit the percent useage by time. Will have to give this a run and see how it affects the ppd of my gpu clients ie letting gpu clients get enough cpu useage to get there full ppd.

And as for the VMWare Server question.

The answer seems to be to setup the VM Machines using VMWare Server, then delete VMWare Server and install VMWare Player. You then seem to be able to control the the priorities and affinities, like you used to under server version 1.08
